I live in Scottsdale, AZ and they came all the way up from San Tan Valley a few separate times to diagnose and repair the issue. I appreciate the fact they were willing to come all the way out to Scottsdale to take care of my issue. They came to repair the pipe and realized the job was going to be more of an undertaking than they originally thought. They had to cut into several layers of drywall and grind down some cast iron piping from the 50s. Not an easy task at all. Despite them realizing it was going to be a much tougher job than originally thought, they continued on anyway and were able to repair the pipe. And they did an excellent job with the repair.
