I had a leaky valve under my sink that went from a drip to a waterfall. Dan came out on a Sunday and fixed it. He was there less than 30 minutes after I messaged him. He had the replacement valve in his van. Job was complete in less than an hour.

These guys were great! They were fast, thorough, and took the time to stick around post installation to explain how the water heater worked and things we should look out for. Dan and Braxton installed a pot filler above our stovetop yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised that they arrived on time, and ready to go to work. We first reviewed every step of the job prior to my finial go ahead. They showed me where they were going to drill into the wall, the placement of the faucet, the tie into the waterline, and when the water would be temporarily shut off. Dan gave me peace of mind with their professionalism, experience and transparency before they began the job. The job went smoothly and efficiently, no surprises, no additional add ons, and they did not break a single tile of my backsplash. My experience with Leaner Plumbing was Five Star. Great company! I called for a leak under my sink and they came within the hour. I thought my garbage disposal was bad but they took it apart and found something stuck in it. They were honest and told me it was fine and reinstalled it. Very reasonable price! Courteous and professional! Highly recommend them!!

Lenear Plumbing replaced our old water heater. Dan arrived as scheduled (actually a few minutes early). From the start he was very polite and personable. He got right to work and happily answered any questions I had. He was very professional and left no doubt that he knew what he was doing. We will use this company for any plumbing projects I can't do myself.

Last night we came home to a huge flood in our front yard. We were in a panic. We were referred to Daniel at Lenear. I left a voicemail and sent a text. The response a few minutes later of “what’s your address I’ll be right there” was a blessing! He came down ( don’t think he does after hours) and was at our house in 20 minutes! He was able to turn our main water line off and checked a variety of things. The City was needed. We are so grateful for Daniel who quickly came out and his knowledge helped ease our panic and direction gave us confidence going forward!! Grateful for his quick action and kindness to us!! Daniel and crew member replaced my Home Water Softener and Repaired a number of Plumbing Issues I've been putting off. The job was more involved than what they anticipated but stayed until they completed the job. They did an excellent job with the Installation and Repairs and was great explaining things during the process. If anyone is in need of plumbing services in the East or West valley, I highly recommend Lenear Plumbing. They did a great job on the work at a fair price and were extremely friendly and responsive to my questions.
Shower valve needs replacement, texted to schedule appointment was a breeze. Dan responded immediately gave pricing and had technician came few hours later. Braxton is very nice and professional , knows his trade and guides me through the process. Job completed and satisfied!

My water heater broke leaving my family high and dry so to speak. Home Depot referred me to Dan who was able to come out the next day I'm extremely happy with the service and install of my water heater. Dan was on time, knowledgeable and efficient with the install and plumbing work. I would highly recommend Lenear Plumbing for any issues. Follow up, recently found an outside hosebib with a small leak. Called Lenear and about an hour later the tech was here fixing the problem. Fantastic customer service and I thought the pricing was reasonable. 5 Stars.

The guys at Lenear plumbing came out to service a broken pipe in my bathroom. I live in Scottsdale, AZ and they came all the way up from San Tan Valley a few separate times to diagnose and repair the issue. I appreciate the fact they were willing to come all the way out to Scottsdale to take care of my issue. They came to repair the pipe and realized the job was going to be more of an undertaking than they originally thought. They had to cut into several layers of drywall and grind down some cast iron piping from the 50s. Not an easy task at all. Despite them realizing it was going to be a much tougher job than originally thought, they continued on anyway and were able to repair the pipe. And they did an excellent job with the repair. If anyone is in need of plumbing services in the East or West valley, I highly recommend Lenear Plumbing. They did a fantastic job on the work at a fair price and were extremely friendly during the process.

They were quick to respond and they were able to come out and discuss options on what we needed for our home. They were able to complete the install the next day And did a great job. He rescued us on a Saturday morning when our hot water heater died. He dropped everything, picked up the appliance at Home Depot, brought it to us, installed it and hauled away the old one. We called Daniel from Lenear plumbing based on the great reviews on Living Chandler Facebook group. They were so right! Daniel arrive and after listening critically to what I needed went quickly to work and completed my original project very professionally. Then I asked if he could do an add on job, and without hesitation he did that also, without having to leave for parts. The Lenear team was exactly what we needed. They will be our go to for all plumbing needs!
After an old toilet in our upstairs bathroom overflowed and caused major flood damage throughout our home, we were very fortunate to be referred to Dan Barrett of Linear Plumbing. Dan came to our home a total of 5 times during the repair/remodel process to: Install 3 new toilets Add a hot water heater timer Remove and repair a leaking copper pipe line Add new valves and water lines to our bathroom sink/toilets Install shower head/handle/trim and reroute all lines for a new standup shower Install faucets and counter top for new vanity Dan was responsive, timely, dependable, and most of all friendly. He scheduled appointments and showed up, even coming within about 30 minutes for one of his visits after I called him about the leaking copper pipe that needed to be repaired so the drywaller could keep moving. The work was done exactly how I wanted it done. Dan is an expert at what he does and it shows. Very happy that I can write this review. This is the plumber you are looking for.
